Clark Peters Is Bobby Hill's Evil Twin. One look at Clark would make Hank proud of Bobby. Clark is severely overweight, unhygienic, on Prescriptions, and possibly Snorts. He talks with Slurred Speech. However, his conversations are much more broad when compared with Stuart.
