Elroy Kleinschmidt was Kahn's Toxic Friend during a moment when he did not want to work. This attracted Lucky and a group of Brigands perfectly. He introduced himself as Lucky, and told a story about winning a settlement at Costco for Back Problems after slipping in a restroom. This story did not impress Peggy who is very protective of her Niece. Peggy ended up getting in the way and Gas Lit every attempt of Lucky improving him self. It is not clear how much Lucky's crazy stories are the truth. It is possible that Lucky is a part of his Birth Name, his family is not as bad (or worse) as described, and the actual Costco story is very unclear. Since he changes the story every time he tells it, it is possible that it did not happen or at least not how he told it, or that he is talking about a different time he fraudulently sued somebody. Even more vague is that he is very familiar with Corn Chips. He failed to remember how to enter his former factory, and did not list the place as a previous employer. This could mean that he simply does not know how to fill out papers. Even Bobby criticized how long it took for Lucky to come up with such a dumb plan. Despite this dishonest background, he is no where near a villain. He is much more safe when compared with Dale, and Peggy's great expectations for Luanne required Lucky to be more responsible. Lucky might have had a past Drug history, which resulted in his teeth being chipped, and his face seems to have frozen. He noticeably has a fear of Hospitals. The possibility of dying in Hospital is what motivated him to change for the better the most out of any thing else. Lucky has an old truck that he spends tons of money on, giving him some thing in common with Boomhauer. Later, Lucky and Kahn's friendship unraveled the moment that Lucky's truck left a huge tire track on Kahn's property. Lucky has a big heart even if he is not as wise. He knew enough to protect Luanne from Hoyt's criminal background, and was willing to go to jail if it meant a possible reconciling with the two ... until Hank told him to stop doing that. Indeed, it is shown that Lucky has less common sense when compared with Jimmy. Lucky moves in with Luanne and have a daughter together. It is unknown if he has children from a previous relationship.
