Emily

Emily is a student that works at Tom Landry Middle School. She seems to be an ordinary Hall Monitor. However, she has to fill in for the entire Office Staff in many episodes. This is not unlike when Boston Public lost one of their best Secretaries, most likely to Budget Problems. They had to rely on Students instead. Emily is fully versed in Legal and Public Relations when literally representing the school district. One example is when Peggy was wrongfully banned from the football field. She told Hank: "Stay out of this, Sir. Our Beef is not with you.". There are even times when she is authorized to use physical force to break up a fight. However, there are a few episodes where she participates in school assignments and will join the other Students on their side of a Protest.
