Stuart Dooley

Stuart Dooley is an orange haired, freckled, seemingly laconic bully that talks with a post pubescent voice. He noticeably has the same speech pattern as his mother. He is mostly harmless and usually a prankster, and will prank people as a Mercenary. Bobby told Peggy that Stuart pranks people that he really likes. Indeed, when Peggy apologized to the class for traumatizing Joseph, Stuart began taking notes during her lecture. The rest of the time he likes to make comments. His parents do not approve of his behaviours.
