Togusa

Togusa is the least Cyberized person on Section 9. Not only that, but also he is deliberately old fashioned. He uses an antique firearm (Mateba Autorevolver) that every body else hates. He is a detective who eventually transferred to Section 9, and has a wife, and several children. His wife stays at home investing in stocks. The only implants he has is an interface with computers and telecommunications. He can communicate "telepathically" with the rest of his team members. Additionally, he serves as the Narrator, along with The Major, and The Tachikomas. He later considers acquiring additional implants in order to be more accurate with the Manga.
