Borma is a scientist that works at Section 9. He is bald and has robot eyes. Most of the time he is teamed up with some body else, or usually two other people, in a laboratory. He develops large explosives and antidotes to other weapons. He is also an expert stunt driver who gladly crashed in to some people that were after Togusa.
