Dale Gribble

Dale Gribble is Hank's friendly, yet toxic, timid, and skeptical friend that they knew since High School and built the houses next to each other. He is the only member of the group that smokes, and smokes very often. Dale believes in conspiracies which most of the time he is right. Other times he is a danger to him self and others around him. He is an Exterminator, at times killing Vermin with his bare hands. Another time he fell in love with his perfect match Sheila Refkin. Dale has allergies to most Poison, which he eventually made some of his own. One of the best examples of his Conspiracies is the way he treats his marriage. He married Nancy, who is very romantic with her at times. Unfortunately, most of the time he is not, going as far as to live in his Basement, and become Celibate for various reasons. This drove Nancy away from him, and had the affair of John Redcorn. John and Nancy have a child together, a son, who is clearly John's. Dale copes by brushing it off as a legitimate Masseur providing Therapy for his overworked, stressed wife, that John Redcorn might be Homosexual, and that Dale or Nancy might have Jamaican ancestors, or even seduced by Extraterrestrials in an attempt to account for his Celibacy. Likewise, Joseph is frequently disappointed in Dale which drove him to Crime. When Dale found out, he decided to accompany Joseph. He also mocked Joseph's puberty which is the most hurtful thing to do to your teenage child. However, he was able to save Joseph's life and Peggy's reputation by stealing Cotton's Paddle. Other times he warned Peggy she was being Scammed, easily recognizing them as he stole the identify of Rusty Shackleford. Dale is particularly a thorn in Hal's side. Dale is able to go on Vision Quests, which he assisted his "fellow" Native American John Redcorn to obtain land and start a business. Dale is a member of a Gun Club, where he has even more friends, and Octavio, a Partner In Crime.
