Cotton Hill

Cotton Hill was Hank's understandably bitter and cynical biological father. He was sent to The East where He "Killed Fiddy Men!" which he seems to take pride in. Other times it comes back to haunt him. He lost his shins in the war which resulted in a much shorter height and were destroyed in the war. They recovered his feet and attached them to his knees. A very bizarre procedure which required a lifetime of needing the locations to be drained often. Hank's has mixed views on Cotton. He has done a lot of "What?" over the decades which blends in with Cotton's many good deeds. He is a Womanizer that eventually tried to make amends with his former relationship and first son Junichiro. Cotton is divorced from his next romance, Hank's mother. He has a third son with Didi who is Hank's age. Cotton is occasionally helpful to his family while other times he is not. His views on women are complicated. He discouraged Luanne from pursuing a career in Auto Mechanics. At the same time he kicked out her toxic room mates. Despite refusing to call Peggy by her name, he helped her get reinstated at Tom Landry Middle School. He blamed Hank for Peggy's skydiving injuries when he said "Hank?! What did you do to your wife?! I didn't teach you that!" and later forced her to walk again, considering that she still has her legs. Cotton loves to refer to The Strickland Company as "The Family Gas Station". Cotton's death wish was to humiliate Hank one last time which he knew he would be loyal and obedient. Peggy saw to it that it did not happen. Cotton was the only Caucasian that correctly and easily identified The Souphanousinphone Family as Laotian, impressing them. They are quite close with each other which is intentional as Cotton and Kahn have the same voice actor.
