The character made his debut in season 1 episode 22 "Spring Broke" where Ashleigh meets him at a party and when she tries to find him over the course of the week, she only catches glimpses and can't seem to catch up to him and due to this elusiveness, she dubs him the "Hotness Monster." He is later given an official name in season 2 episode 2 "Crush Landing."
