A villain from the 64th century, it is unclear which earth Abra Kadabra comes from. He claims to have fought the Earth-1 fought Flash on numerous occasions, but went on a crime spree on Earth-19 where he killed dozens.
Abra comes to Earth-1 to steal technology that will allow him to return to his own time. The Flash and his teammates stop him and turn him over to Gypsy, who takes Abra back to Earth-19 to face trial and execution for his crimes.
The future villain uses nano-technology to simulate a variety of magical-seeming effects. He can teleport both himself and others, and use telekinesis.
