Phoenix is one of the demon warriors from the 12th century trained in 8 years to be Phoebe Halliwell, She is working with Pilar and Patra to vanquish the Slave King by The Savard's help. In 2005 she replaced Phoebe by the Savard's help in the elevator and took her jacket and pretended to be Phoebe. The real Phoebe is stuck in the dollhouse.
The Replace
The charmed ones got replaced by Phoenix, Patra, and Pilar and together they found a vanquishing potion to vanquish the Slave king. They vanquished the Slave king and got back into the manor but Billie was after them and she casted a spell to swap places of Pilar, Phoenix, and Patra to the charmed ones and after that Piper exploded the dollhouse where the charmed ones got stuck.
