A mob hitman, Eddie specializes in unraceable kills. He does everything at random, typically using a pair of dice, including selecting the hotel where he stays, the room number that he picks, and the murder method hat he uses.
Eddie is on retainer to a West Coast mob boss known only as Scorpio, and charges $25,000 a hit. When the IMF gets wind of Eddie's next assignment, Jim and his team are assigned to stop Eddie and find out who Scorpio is. They create a "blank" hotel and then place the name of a hotel that Eddie chooses at random. Once he gets there, the IMF substitutes Paris for Eddie to get the information on the hit. Barney takes the place of the intended target, and Eddie seemingly succeeds in killing his victim with a bomb.
Dana, posing as Scorpio's bagwoman, arranges with Eddie for the payoff and the IMF fakes her death. With her dying breath she claims that Scorpio killed her and intended to kill Eddie as well. Eddie goes after Scorpio--in real life Alfred e. Chambers--and the two men kill each other in a shootout.
