Mina Chaytan

One of the metas created by the Thinker after he engineered Flash's return from the Speed Force, Mina has the ability to animate any inanimate human or animal effigy. A native Sioux, she seeks to recover Sioux artifacts and return them to her people. Taking the name Black Bison, Mina fought Flash and Elongated Man, and they managed to defeat her. Later she was one of the bus metas that tried to escape Iron Heights with Barry, but the Thinker drained her powers.
