Chloe is one of the Wolfs, a mutant turned against her own kind by Trask Industries. She has superspeed and either through momentum or heightened strength, enough power to knock a human being several dozen feet with one blow and to stun John momentarily.
When her daughter became ill, the doctor refused to treat mutants. Chloe went berserk and trashed the doctor's office, and SS captured her and her daughter, and killed her husband. She was brainwashed by Trask Industries and turned into a wolf.
Chloe dies from withdrawal from Kick, a drug that SS gives her to boost her abilities and make her a more effective spy. Before she dies, she's able to give the location of the lab where she was treated to the telepath Esme.
