Noah

Noah is a mutant who gives off uncontrollable harmonic vibrations that can tear apart anything--and anyone--around him. Dr. Risman gave him a device like an insulin pump to help him control his powers and give him a normal life, and he works for her preparing genetic rundowns of her patients.
