Octo is the Banana Cabana's jittery front desk clerk, and Howie's best bud (and roommate!). Scared of anything and everything, Octo tries to be the voice of reason, which usually ends up with him being in even more of a flailing, blubbery panic. As Howie's go-to-chum for all his adventures (and stunts!), Octo often finds himself in uncomfortable spots and hyperventilation-inducing situations.
