Doppelganger is an unnamed Supe who can shapeshift into any humanoid form, male or female. Whether he can shapechange into non-humanoid forms is unknown, but he seems unable to alter his bone structure.
Madelyn keeps Doppelganger a closely guarded secret, and uses him to lure her political opponents into compromising positions so she can then blackmail them.
