Wells was the son of Chancellor Jaha. He was a dedicated best friend to Clarke Griffin. He had tentative friendships with Jasper Jordan, Monty Green, Finn Collins, and Octavia Blake. He was enemies with Bellamy Blake and John Murphy.
Wells was part of the original 100. Because of his crime, Wells was considered "expendable" and was chosen as one of the 100 Delinquents sent down to Earth to see if it is survivable.
