Guinan

Texas Guinan is a mystical and supernatural woman that is an El-Aurian. They are indistinguishable from Humans, but have extreme longevity. Her real name is not known, and goes by the name of a bartender from Earth. She is rivals with John DeLancie's Q and friends with Jean-Luc. She listens to every body around her, even more than Deanna. She is able to help Ro Laren adjust to being recruited for a suspicious assignment. She uses Reverse Psychology to get Deanna and Beverly their jobs back. She introduces Worf to Prunes and Prune Juice and helps Geordi, Wesley, and Barclay with numerous problems. She takes command of the mission and sits in The Captain's Chair at The Ready Room in order to get Riker to shape up. She also tells Tasha to go to Romulus and warns the crew about Sela. And she is able to tell a bunch of sleep deprived angry people to sit down and shut up. Guinan continues to be friends with Jean-Luc to this day.
