The Titan Phoebe. Phoebe serves as the Goddess of the Oracle at Delphi. Phoebe is much older than the other gods, but being a Titan means her soul has been reborn many times, hence her childlike nature. It is she who communicates with The Fates to match soul mates and also sees what will happen if they don't find one another.
