Adele is the oldest member of the DG. She is sensible and kind but can be annoyed if she doesn't get her own way. She'll always help out one of the Dumping Ground kids whenever she can. Tracy considers Adele her idol.
In Series 1, she had black curly hair.
In Series 2, she has blacky-brown and pink braided hair.
In the first episode of Series 1, she reassured Justine by telling her not to worry about her dad as he might turn up. In the Dares episode, She asked Ryan and Zac what happened downstairs and they told her Tracy was in Jenny's office. She also pointed out to Justine that Tracy would get her room if she backed out of the Dare competition. During Justine's first dare, Adele watched with Louise as Justine boobytrapped the kitchen cupboard door. She said to Louise that it wasn't daring as Duke would get it on the count of him being soft. In ‘Sneaking in Ben', Tracy saw Adele and complimented her on her outfit. Adele thanked her and left. In ‘Cam's First Visit', Mike asked Adele if she could help and she said she would do it in return for 5 tapes from his CD Collection and a late pass so she could see a movie with her boyfriend, CJ. But every time, Mike denied Adele her late pass and she refused to do the work with him. Eventually when she went downstairs to see Mike, she decided she'd help him with the work in return for Sunset Grove omnibus, three tapes and a lift into town after the writer had been. However, Mike told her it was too late and a frustrated Adele pointed out to him that she dropped the late pass. Afterwards, Jenny asked Adele to get everyone into the sitting room as the writer had arrived. She did that. Later, she went upstairs to get her lifebook from her bedroom only to find Tracy had stolen her makeup. As a result, she came back very angry with Tracy. When Tracy apologised to Adele for stealing her make-up, She said "You will be" and she left the room, pushing Tracy out of the way. In ‘Child of the Week', she was surprised and annoyed that Duke called them all in the living room to talk about vegetables. In ‘The Truth is Revealed', Adele was trying to do an Art Project that was due to be in on Monday but she kept being disturbed by the other kids. Eventually, she had enough and had to take matters into her own hands. Afterwards, she decided to redecorate Justine's room as part of her college design project with help from Zac, Ryan and Louise. In ‘Birthday', Adele was the one to comfort Tracy and have a chat with her. In the end, She manages to persuade Tracy to come to the party. In ‘Temporary Care Worker', it is revealed that when Adele was Maxy's age, she was put into care for the first time and former resident Leah looked after her. In the Series 1 finale, Jenny and Duke suggested everyone makes a comemorative mural so they can all have something to remember Adele by. Adele offered to help and be in charge. Adele was ready to leave the Dumping Ground to live on her own.
In Series 2, Adele came back to the Dumping Ground as she was not ready to live on her own. She decided to stay with everyone at the Dumping Ground until she was ready. She met new friends, Lol and Bouncer Plakova, she befriended Dolly and also disliked Amber Hearst for being a horrible resident. In ‘Two Timing Adele', which is the only time she had an episode for herself, Adele was having trouble deciding whether to go out with Jamie or Derek. Tracy offered to manage her love life, however she didn't do a good job at it. When Adele came back, she found a tin of sweets on her bed with a message saying they were from Derek only for her to find out that it was a tin of maggots. That caused her to end up screaming in fear. It was then she realised that everyone had been interfering with her business when she told them to stay out of it. She tells them off and says that she'll decided about Jamie and Derek. Jamie and Derek arrive and hear about this. As a result, they both dump Adele. Later, Adele was in her room. Ben came in and told her that Jenny wanted her. When Adele got downstairs, she saw everyone had set up a nice candle lit dinner for her at the table to make up for her not having a date. At the end of Series 2, she left the Dumping Ground off screen. It is not known why she left but it's most likely that she moved out to live on her own again.
Adele returned again in the Series 4 special, ‘Tracy Beaker Parties with Pudsey'. She is now a makeup artist. Adele helped Tracy with organising her party for Children in Need. That was Adele's final appearance in Tracy Beaker as a whole.
