Gotham descends into chaos after the spread of the virus. Jim fights for control as he and Harvey try to locate Lee. Meanwhile, Barbara convinces Edward to help her take control of Gotham by obtaining the antidote, only to find Fish and Oswald opposing her.

At a bank, an old woman hobbles in as people scream outside. The woman goes to a teller's window and asks for her savings. The teller informs the woman that the account was closed, and the woman removes her scarf to revel that she's infected.
