In this episode, architect Chris Loyn gets to grips with a budget-busting, future-proof, upside-down house near Cardiff. As owners Marianne and Jon embark on building the house they have spent years planning and the reality of the scale of the project starts to hit home, Marianne looks to her architects for reassurance.
