Enter the Judge

An international criminal who is incarcerated on the island prison Satan Island ends up escaping disguised as a judge when his pardon is denied. Now he is going around crashing criminal trials, gaining the Cosgrove gang and other low-level crooks as his jury henchmen in a plot to eliminate all crimefighters.
