Episode 2

In this episode, the £1 scheme hits a crisis: a frustrated Victoria decides to move in before the council have signed off on her house; local shopkeepers Mo and Eman's house is ransacked; a nearby shooting spooks young mum Mel; and things comes to a head as anger erupts at the council meeting.
