In Seattle, Joan Rosenstock is sinking her savings into a pair of brand new floating mansions with high-end finishes. The mansions must make a perilous 150-mile sea voyage in the middle of winter - before a team of tugs ease them into their moorings, as the luxury interiors finally come together.
