According to farmer Ifor, this is the secret to getting some of the most expensive and mouthwatering cuts of beef in the world. For enterprising husband-and-wife team, Ifor and Eira Humphreys, producing expensive Wagyu beef is just the tip of the iceberg - they also bury dead people at their farm near Newtown.

International athlete and outdoor enthusiast, Angela Jones, embarks on a 5-week adventure following the river Wye from source to sea and back again. With her dog Jack as companion, the intrepid pair rack up an impressive 344 miles, running, swimming and kayaking the majestic river.
