City council chief Backeshof, one of the best merchants in all of Aitheria, has set his eyes on purchasing Nobu. Shinobu stubbornly refuses his offer, but he responds by informing her that whatsontap is actually an illegal alcohol. If that is true, then that means that they've been violating the empire's law this entire time.
