Li and Steve Brookman along with their girls Dot and Edie want to escape from their new estate on the edge of the M25, in Essex, to a country home in Kent. Catherine Gee has a budget of £300,000 to find them a three bed period property with space to set up a dark home for Li's future photography business, while Steve needs to be within striking distance of London.
