Meanwhile in Coventry, paramedics Neil Vann and Laura Perkins are called to an 82-year-old man with severe breathing problems, who is on the point of death and has left a note asking not to be resuscitated. And in Birmingham, a crew rushes to save a man with a history of heart attacks who is suffering chest pains at work.
