Christmas is all about pushing the boat out, whether that's the food, the decorations, entertaining or giving gifts and we meet people who, in their own way, go the extra mile to make Christmas super special. Paul and Catherine have also selected their favourite 12 tastes of Christmas, and today, to showcase sprouts, they create a salad of sprouts with Padstow crab and chilli.
