Sharon and Andrew

Andrew is married to Sharon. Four years ago Sharon got her weight down from 48 stone to 30 stone and started to have a life again. In a bizarre reversal of fortunes, it is now Andrew who needs help after his weight ballooned to 36 stone. He's been forced to give up his job and even personal care is a daily struggle. Andrew feels like his life has come to a halt. Sharon feels she is being dragged backward. Their relationship is in tatters and Sharon's dream of having a child seems further away than ever.
