Ugh, since when would this show pretend Elizabeth would consider joining the GOP?
Claiming she would support privatization or imply the gove impedes businesses.
The GOP hate women, so the fact that she could even consider this is ridiculous. Every episode has shown her having to fight them for progress. For example, like she said, she's working to stop Climate Change, not DENY it and let it accelerate.
I get they needed to write a plot but this just doesn't fit.
