A couple living in St. Jacob, Illinois, with their two sons are looking for a vacation home in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Although the boys took some time to warm up to the location, they now love the sand and surf. The only problem is deciding whether purchase a single-family home or a low-maintenance condominium.
