Sainsbury's embarks on an ambitious makeover of its store in Hedge End, Southampton, with manager Becky and her team eager not to lose precious custom while the refurbishment takes place. At head office, two new food brands - a chorizo snack and a fresh fruit tea - are being trialled across 70 stores, while in retail, plans are under way for this year's Christmas campaign.
