At the KXKVI radio station, Gene Maxwell is DJing when his sister-in-law Caroline comes in with paperwork. Gene tells her to call in her husband Allan, because they're losing broadcast power again. Caroline says that Allan is in the transmitter shed and he cut down the power on purpose.
