Blacha becomes the prime suspect in Kowal's death. Prosecutor Gołąbek is convinced of his guilt. Sikora believes that someone is framing the key witness. He asks Lidka, who is handling this case together with Lata, not to reveal evidence incriminating Blachowski for some time. Pati wants to find out from Skucha why she couldn't contact Blacha at the time when Kowal was murdered.
