Cadair Idris and Craig y Nos

Week two's walks have something for everyone. Cadair Idris is a mountain steeped in legend and mythology; it's also one of Wales' most spectacular summits. Derek's climbing to three peaks in this range and even braving a quick dip in its glacial lake. In the Brecon Beacons, it's a much more relaxing route with singer and broadcaster Beverley Humphreys.
