The One Show and Comic Relief team up to celebrate 25 years of Red Nose Day. Matt Baker and Alex Jones are joined by writer and Comic Relief founder Richard Curtis. Meanwhile, Lucy Siegle is in Ghana to look at how the country has benefited from the charity's fundraising and to visit the Ghanaian One Show.
