The feature movie, the 1953 Robot Monster, is short enough that there's time for two shorts: chapters 4 and 5 of Radar Men from the Moon. Nothing happens in any of them.

In the opening, a sleepier-than-usual Joel shows up in a bathrobe with a cup of coffee to explain the show concept. In the invention exchange, the Mads demonstrate a self-inflating whoopee cushion filled with methane gas.
