When the city shuts down, the agents document their lives in lockdown. As the city opens back up, the agents learn how to navigate a new world – and a new market. Things go south when a fleeing New Yorker tasks Tyler with selling her flamboyantly Floridian apartment. Ryan brings on a team member to sell his new townhouse in an increasingly empty Upper East Side. Fredrik encounters some glitches while figuring out how to sell his NYC listings from LA while Steve makes moves upstate in order to capitalize on suburban demand.
