Compilation episode going behind the scenes at London's Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, located in the heart of Knightsbridge and one of the world's most exclusive hotels. The staff cater for an overseas royal visitor and her entourage, but moving 200 pieces of luggage provides the porters with a challenge. The hotel throws a party to celebrate the book launch of Mount, the latest novel by Jilly Cooper, but a gatecrasher has to be escorted off the premises, while at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal - the two Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel - executive chef Ashley Palmer-Watts and his team create a new dish and have to wait to hear whether they have retained their prestigious Michelin stars.
