Ryan pays a visit to one of his old fraternity brothers who holds the key to a big commission check, but Ryan's little "brother" only has one thing on his mind...fraternal revenge. Meanwhile, Luis is pleased to be meeting with a Puerto Rican client, although he quickly realizes that his "Puerto Rican" charm doesn't work as well from someone back home. And Fredrik is downtown working his magic on yet another big developer; will he score his next big building and soar into the real estate stratosphere or will his demands be too much for this big time client!
