With a major setback in Misty's build, the Raneys race the clock in their rescue of a Texas homestead. Marty tackles the water crisis, Misty scrambles to complete the pond and garden and Matt builds a hog trap for an additional food resource.

watch this show all the time and usually the homesteaders really do get in and help. This time one person spent most of the time standing around with her hand on her hip watching Misty doing a lot of work. Many of these shows the homesteader just may not know how to do something or perhaps do not realize they can at least try. I am sure Marty and his family learned a lot of their skills by trying, learning and retrying. But most of all look at how hard they work. People sometimes just get lost somewhere between their dream and reality, but just need a boost to wake up and at least try. Very good show.
