@ 25:40 minutes in it will show Cherokee just outside his prison cell, with his hands behind his back and no handcuffs, waiting for Bastos to let him in the cell. The next scene is Bastos following behind Cherokee into the cell, and removing Cherokee's handcuffs....LOL.....BAD EDITING
