In this episode, property expert Amanda Lamb, presenter and JLS star JB Gill, and DJ and presenter Sam Pinkham are in north Devon visiting Combe Martin and Ilfracombe looking for sensational and scenic retreats. Ilfracombe and Combe Martin in the north of the county have all of this and more, so our brilliant trio are here to see four incredible holiday homes. JB kicks us off with a townhouse in Ilfracombe's magnificent harbour. It's a stone's throw from the sea, so the location is top notch, but will the lack of extras let it down? Amanda's option is a hilltop farmhouse overlooking the sea with commanding views all the way to Wales, and Sam rounds us off with a sustainable dream, located in a Grade II listed barn conversion to die for. Then there's the mystery property, which is super special: a tepee deep in the countryside with incredible views.
