Cambodian Civil War

The Cambodian Civil War, which was contested between 1967 and 1975. From 1969 to 1973, US forces bombed Cambodia and the country fell into a brutal form of communism, leaving the suggestion that the US involvement paved the way for Pol Pot's regime. Thus the struggle was complicated by the influence and actions of the allies of the two warring sides for the seven years after 1967 and even beyond
