Nebraska State Fair is one of the largest fairs in the country, so culinary entrepreneurs come from all over vying to fill the bellies of the cornhuskers by putting their own spin on Nebraska's famous beef, corn, and pork. Host Matt Richards stokes three rounds of competition on his quest to find The Best in Chow. In the savory round the Crack Quesadilla takes on the Cow Hog Dog. In the sweet round the Pineapple Whip Nachos compete with the Cookie Dough Explosion. In the wild card round the Cornbread Surprise battles the Outlaw Fries. But who will win the title of Best in Chow?
