Chef Shota Nakajima, a master of Japanese cuisine, brings his Michelin training and pristine technique to combat his mentors, Bobby Flay's Titans. Shota has beaten Bobby, but he'll have to win over James Beard award-winning chef and judge Gavin Kaysen to beat the Titans.
