Tom Payne (The Walking Dead, Prodigal Son) joins us this week to share his journey in becoming an actor along with the unique pride and sacrifices he's made to fully invest in his career coming over to America. Tom shares difficult lessons he's had to learn about managing expectations, after certain projects that he believed were shoe-ins didn't live up in the eyes of fans or people in the industry.
